How Much Does It Cost To Live In Cornwall Gardens in 2025
Street Overview
Cornwall Gardens sits within the greater Holland/Leedon Good Class Bungalow belt, a stretch of freehold land flanked by Farrer Road to it’s East and Sixth Avenue on its West.
Around House 33, there’s a small open field, not manicured, just a patch of green that I can image a few dogs running free while their owners watch from a distance, comfortable in the unspoken trust of a low-density neighbourhood. It reminded me that not every piece of prime land in Singapore has to be loud and flashy.
And then there’s House 41. Designed by CHANG Architects, it’s a house that feels alive — water, light, air, and greenery folded into every corner. I’ve seen many bungalows, but this one is different, it is unlike anything I’ve seen so far. It’s been written about in Dezeen and ArchDaily.
